RATIONALE FOR COMPLIANCE JUDGMENT

Nashville State Technical Community College adheres to the Students Rights and Freedoms policy number 3:02:04:00 of the Tennessee Board of Regents [1].  This information is published in the NSCC Student Handbook [2].  This publication is available in hard copy and on the web.  In addition to the statement regarding student rights, information concerning the student code of conduct, appeals and grievances, non-discrimination, academic integrity, release of student records, student intellectual property, freedom of access to higher education, and student academic freedoms are also available in the handbook.
