RATIONALE FOR COMPLIANCE JUDGMENT

 

Nashville State Technical Community College (NSCC) is in compliance with this federal requirement [1].  There are no issues existing with Title IV programs for the institution.  The College has not been placed on the reimbursement method.  The institution has not been required to obtain a letter of credit in favor of the U.S. Department of Education.  The institution is not aware of any complaints that have been filed with the Department of Education regarding Nashville State Technical Community College.

 

State auditors completed their audit for the 2003-04 and 2004-2005 years in June 2006.  There were no weaknesses or findings with regard to Financial Aid.  Auditors returned in January 2007 to complete the audit for the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
