Critical Advisement Information:
Financial Aid

1. Students do not always have to be full time for Financial Aid. If the student is uncertain whether they must be full time, have them see Financial Aid.

2. Students should try to ensure that the classes they are taking are needed for their current program of study.

3. FA/FN grades may impact a student’s financial aid. They should be aware of the policy of their instructors regarding attendance and ensure they follow them.

4. Students should always check with the Financial Aid office before changing their major and/or dropping classes.

5. Students who are deferred through the financial aid deferment process will not have money available for books and will need to purchase their books until their aid is processed.
