Organizational Behavior
BUS 2111

Our textbook for this semester is Organizational Behavior, 13th edition by Stephen Robbins (ISBN-10: 0-13-600717-1/ISBN-13: 978-0-13-600717-3). You may use the reserve copy in the library on the main campus to stay current with reading assignments if you should experience a delay purchasing a copy.

Several students have asked about using the previous edition (12th) of our textbook. I understand the need to do so given the co$t of this book, and I do not think there will be any problems. I have "skimmed through" the current edition (13th) and do not see any major changes from the 12th. I have not read every page in the 13th edition, but the concepts, principles and theories are the same and consistent with how the tests and exams are constructed. You will probably be okay using the 12th edition, BUT I cannot guarantee that there are not important differences between the two that I have yet to discover. I put a copy of the 13th edition on reserve in the library if you wish to make a close comparison between the two.

Some of the documents available within NS Online were created with Microsoft Word and Adobe. You can download a "viewer" from the Microsoft Web site if you do not have Microsoft Word, or a "converter" if you have a version of Word which will not open the file. You can download Adobe Reader from the Adobe Web site.
