The SMS staff is skilled in the installation and management of server hardware, operating system software, storage management systems, network management software, web servers, various utility-type applications such as email, anti-virus systems and desktop software distribution systems and administration and maintenance of student assessment software and online course management (i.e. – eLearning) systems.
