Getting Help

Technical Services

The Computer Services Help Desk (new window) provides technical assistance to students who are experiencing problems connecting to the website, logging on to their My Home page, and with functions within NS Online courses. Technicians have the ability to view a student’s account to diagnose problems in these areas and determine the source of problems. Help Desk technicians are able to resolve most issues upon the first contact.
