Library Interior
The NSCC Library is committed to supporting student learning and success through library instruction using various pedagogical methods and platforms. The NSCC Library strives to deliver informed instructional curricula and resources designed to prepare students to:
  • Accurately define and assess information needs as they relate to research.
  • Critically assess the authority of information creators and value of information.
  • Strategically engage in research to meet an identified information need.
  • Use information ethically and legally.
Instructional curricula and activities are informed by the Association of College and Research Library (ACRL) Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education.
