Planning Presentations
Keep the PowerPoint Tip Sheets handy for reference. These sheets are correlated with the video demos.
Listen to the Part IV video demos and make notes as needed. A transcript of PowerPoint, Part IV is also available. The following topics are presented:
Add ClipArt |
Insert a Picture |
Use the Drawing Tools |
Create Charts |
Open "My First Presentation.ppt." Add a title to Slide 4, My Photo Gallery. Add a picture that you would like to share with others. You may use clip art if you do not have other pictures you wish to share. Include some comment about the images. Use the drawing tools to enhance the presentation.
Create Slide 5 and create a pie chart. Plan a trip and indicate how much you will spend on transportation, hotel, food, and entertainment. Explode the piece of the pie that represents the largest expenditure. Display labels and a legend.
Add a slide at the end of the presentation and insert WordArt with words of your choice.
Save the presentation.
