The AIS group is staffed to perform installation, maintenance, and development of reports and custom processes, perform problem determination and support activities for the Ellucian Banner ERP system, its modules that support the various campus administrative and academic departments and its related software products (i.e. –UC4 job scheduler, Xtender document imaging system, ODS data warehouse, Luminis web portal, ePrint report archival system, etc.).
