Location: Clement Building 220
The USS staff provides technical support and services to students, faculty and staff. They install, manage, and service computers, software, network equipment, network wiring, telephones, teleconferencing equipment and audio-visual equipment. Staff members work across all NSCC campuses, addressing service requests, upgrading and replacing older systems, helping faculty and staff to specify and purchase new equipment, and setting up computer-based and multimedia classrooms. They install and manage desktop software, and consult with faculty on software license compliance.
