In this third session of our series, let us let our hair down a bit. Humor, callbacks, and inside jokes are all ways to build rapport and community. So why do we need to be so serious? This session will outline how anyone can use simple framing and humor to break down student barriers to learning and create a community and environment of learners who feel like they belong. Belonging has been identified as a key marker of student success!
