“What are they thinking?” Asking for and Engaging with Student Feedback Strategically
Join us as we discuss using surveys strategically throughout the semester to gain answers to these questions. We will review start of the semester welcome surveys to gain insights into your students, their backgrounds, and their thoughts about your course; mid-semester surveys to gauge progress, what students perceive to be working well, what students perceive as barriers to their success, and how to make adjustments; and end-of-semester surveys to gauge student’s progress and perceptions at the end of your course. Sample surveys will be provided to participants to be able to edit and use for their own courses.
