Teaching NSCC1010

As a Nashville State faculty member, you have the greatest impact on our students’ success. You can increase your interactions with our students outside of your curricular area by teaching NSCC 1010, First Year Experience. This one credit hour course gives you 15 hours of time to share your knowledge of NSCC and how to be a successful college student. You can provide students with information about campus resources, steps to create academic and career goals, and strategies that support academic success and how to overcome barriers that may impede their success.
